As a Cape Coral resident since 2000 and with over 13 years of experience in property management, Beth Waring is uniquely qualified to address the special needs of the area’s growing “snowbird” and investment home owner’s community. The idea for Home and Away (now Absent but Minded) began when Beth’s husband, Adrian, a top-selling local realtor needed someone to care for the homes of his out-of-state and out-of-country buyers.
“It became clear to us that there was a tremendous need for a “one-stop-shop”, not just for Adrian’s clients but also for everyone else,” explains Beth, “so here it is, my Absent but Minded service”.
In 2012, due to the success of Home and Away (now Absent but Minded), Beth’s son Connor joined the family business. We are currently expanding into specialized seasonal rental management while we continue to offer tailor-made home watch services for all our clients.
